Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be passed on to another person.
Partial Use: If the full value is not used in one session, the remaining balance will be carried over and can be used within the original expiry period.
Booking Requirements: Vouchers must be used to book an appointment in advance. Standard booking terms apply, including deposits and rescheduling policies.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Treat your voucher like cash—lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Voucher Use: Voucher value can be used toward any tattoo service. If the total cost of the tattoo exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at the appointment with cash or direct bank transfer.
