Tattoo Gift Vouchers

Validity

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and must be redeemed or allocated to a confirmed appointment before expiry.

If an appointment is arranged before the expiry date, the voucher value allocated to that appointment will remain valid for the agreed date.

Any unallocated balance remains subject to the original expiry date.

Refunds

Gift vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash. However, any applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights will be honoured, including those relating to online purchases.

Where a refund is legally required, it will normally be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Gifting & Transfers

Vouchers can be purchased as gifts and used by the recipient towards their own tattoo appointment.

Vouchers must not be resold commercially. If you'd like to transfer an unused voucher to someone else, please contact me beforehand.

Partial Use

You don't need to use the full voucher value in one appointment.

Any remaining balance can be carried forward and used towards another tattoo within the original validity period.

Unused balances cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Booking Requirements

All tattoo appointments must be arranged in advance and are subject to consultation and availability.

A £50 booking payment is normally required to secure an appointment. Gift voucher credit can be used towards this payment.

Please contact me before making a separate booking payment if you intend to use a gift voucher.

Once allocated to a confirmed appointment, the applicable Tattoo Booking Terms & Conditions apply, including cancellation, rescheduling and no-show arrangements. Any voucher value retained following a cancellation will be limited to reasonable losses and subject to statutory rights.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Please keep your voucher or confirmation email safe.

If your voucher is lost, contact me with the original purchase details. Where I can verify an unused balance, I can arrange a replacement or alternative redemption method.

Voucher Use

Gift vouchers can be used towards custom tattoo appointments at Alika Tattoo Art.

The minimum tattoo charge is £50 per appointment. Recipients must be aged 18 or over and meet the requirements for tattooing.

If the tattoo costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid by cash or secure online payment.

Vouchers are redeemable against tattoo services only and cannot be exchanged for other products unless agreed beforehand.
